The following personal data may be processed through our website and our contact and quote request forms:
- Identity data: first name, last name.
- Contact data: phone number, email address.
- Request/transaction data: message content, service request, company name, budget range.
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, cookie records.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your requests, questions and enquiries and maintaining communication,
- Preparing quotes and providing services,
- Carrying out contractual processes and fulfilling obligations,
- Improving the website, ensuring its security and performing statistical analysis,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data are processed on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, is based on legitimate interest and, where required, on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, strictly limited to the purposes above, to legally authorised public authorities, to the hosting, email and infrastructure providers we use, and to our business partners, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data are never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data are retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; once that period expires or the reasons for processing no longer exist, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information if they have been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data are transferred, to request correction if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request their deletion or destruction, to request restriction of processing, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
